One: Adopt a Gratitude Practice.
Gratitude turns what you have into enough. Research shows that gratitude can actually improve your overall well being; it can increase resilience and improve your relationships. The list of benefits goes on and on. Seriously get out your journal and write out five to ten things you’re grateful for; it will improve your life. I like to write them in the morning and then mentally review them in the evening when I get into bed.
Two: Move your Body.
If you’ve been hanging around for a while. You’ve probably heard me say this at least once or twice. Exercise will literally improve every area of your life. You need to move more. We were made to move. I recommend getting 30 minutes most days of the week.
Three: Stop Worrying about What others will Think.
What anyone else thinks of you, your goals, your choices is none of your business. What matters is what you think of you. Are you happy with your progress, your choices, your results? No? Well then create the changes necessary to get yourself where you want to be. You do you and don’t worry about the rest.
Four: Be Brave and ditch your Comfort Zone!

Seriously though, you’ve heard it before, all the magic happens just outside your comfort zone. Guess what? It’s true. Ever since I started embracing my brave, pushing the bounds of my comfort zone and stretching myself I’ve been able to achieve bigger & bigger goals. I’ve made deeper and more meaningful connections and I’ve created a bigger impact. I cannot stress this one enough. Stretch yourself.
Dare to dream. Embrace your BRAVE!!
Five: Believe!
"You will never get any more out of this life than you expect." ~Bruce Lee
You must believe in yourself.
Belief is the very foundation for which our lives are built upon. It shapes how we feel which impacts the actions we take and ultimately the results that we get in life.
Believe with everything that you have that you are capable and worthy of that which you set out to accomplish. Your belief will help you build resilience, strengthen your conviction and ignite an inner power so few tap into in this life.
Gandhi said “Men often become what they believe themselves to be. If I believe I cannot do something, it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I believe I can, then I acquire the ability to do it even if I didn't have it in the beginning.”
Imagine what you could accomplish and what you might be capable of if you believed in yourself wholeheartedly and showed up in every area of your life like your impending success was inevitable.
Which one do you want to focus on to get more out of life?
